Center for Cancer Care at St. Luke's Hospital

The Center for Cancer Care at St. Luke's Hospital, honored as an approved Commission on Cancer (COC) program, offers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services, educational information and emotional support for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer. As a CoC accredited center, we are constantly striving to surpass the high standards established by the CoC with the ultimate goal of providing the best possible comprehensive cancer care.

Services at the Center include comprehensive breast health screening, diagnostic, surgical, treatment and support services, radiology services, clinical trials, radiation oncology, infusion services, chemotherapy and breast cancer support.

St. Luke's Cancer Resource Center is also available to give patients and family members access to accurate and current information on early detection, screenings, coping techniques, support groups and community resources.



Certifications

St. Luke's Hospital was the first facility in St. Louis and the second in the United States to be accredited in mammography by the American College of Radiology (ACR). St. Luke's has been designated a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence by the ACR and is a participating member of the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers by demonstrating the highest standards of care for patients.

St. Luke's is a multiple year recipient of the Women's Choice Award. The honor is based on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction and what women say they want when it comes to treatment and a quality hospital experience.

St. Luke's Lung Cancer Screening Program has been named a Center of Excellence by the Lung Cancer Alliance, the leading organization dedicated to saving lives and advancing research by empowering those living with and at risk for lung cancer.
