Executive Team

Ryan Miller joined St. Luke’s in October 2023 as our Chief Operations Officer. He is responsible for executing our operational excellence pillar of our ONE St. Luke’s strategic plan.

Ryan brings more than 15 years of experience in the healthcare field to the St. Luke’s COO role, most recently serving as regional chief operating officer for CHRISTUS Health in Southeast Texas. While at CHRISTUS, Miller led one of the highest performing regions in a 40-hospital, international health system and oversaw operations for multiple facilities across a nine-county region. Prior to CHRISTUS Health, Ryan held administrative leadership positions at Sentara Healthcare in Virginia, one of the largest health systems in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University and a bachelor’s degree in business management from Brigham Young University.
