Urgent Care - Kirkwood
Unit Description:
- 8 patient exam rooms
- Kirkwood Urgent Care Center is a walk-in medical center, serving the community. As a typical Urgent Care setting, Kirkwood Urgent Care is primarily designed to care for patients suffering from viral syndromes, lacerations, minor fractures and other non-life-threatening urgencies.

Educational Opportunities:
We have monthly meetings, as well as on-the-job training for some of our positions. Monthly inservices are provided.
Staffing Schedules:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- PRN
- 12-hour shifts
- Days and nights
- Weekend requirements vary with position
Staff Mix:
- RN
- Radiology Technologists
- Physicians
- Unit Secretaries
RN Employment Requirement:
Emergency or critical care experience
