Job Shadowing
If you are interested in a future career in Healthcare; you may experience St Luke's through our Job Shadowing program. Each participant may spend 2 - 4 hours in a maximum of 2 participating departments. (at the discretion of the department)
As a participant, you will be able to observe the exciting and fast-paced environment where employees have an opportunity to learn and grow. You will also gain a better understanding of your own interests in the healthcare field as well as seeing why St. Luke's Hospital has been honored as a "Best Places to Work" by the St. Louis Business Journal.

You may be able to shadow in an area not listed below, but please allow for additional time to coordinate if area not listed below.

- ICU
- Radiology
- Therapy Services: Physical, Respiratory, Occupational, Speech
- Laboratory
- Pharmacy
- Sleep Medicine
- O.R.
- Vascular Lab
- Social Services
- Hyperbaric Medicine
- Cardiology Services

Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will be notified of any additional requirements needed before the start of the experience. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks from your date of application. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requested dates/times and department preferences.
