| Childbirth Preparation Class |
Providing knowledge and understanding of the childbirth experience, these two-hour classes are held for four consecutive weeks on either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evenings. A tour of the Birth Care Suites is included. Couples are encouraged to finish these classes close to their baby's due date. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING 2 PILLOWS, 1 BLANKET AND A PEN TO ALL CLASSES.

This class is an "ADDITION" to our Childbirth Preparation, Fast Track Childbirth and Refresher Childbirth classes. Designed for individuals with previous knowledge or experience and desire an unmedicated birthing experience. Class focuses on the use of relaxation using cognitive and sensory coping mechanisms such as massage, music, hydrotherapy and breathing techniques. PLEASE NOTE: DON'T ATTEND UNLESS YOU HAVE ATTENDED ONE OF THE OTHER CHILDBIRTH CLASSES. ALSO, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING 2 PILLOWS, 1 BLANKET AND A PEN TO ALL CLASSES.
