Unit Description:
- ICU/telemetry patients; may float to other areas, depending on needs
Unit Managers:
Paula Brown, Head Nurse
Tom Simon, Associate Head Nurse
Carole DeFrank, Associate Head Nurse
Kaye Steger, Unit Specific Educator
Educational Opportunities:
One 8-hour seminar day and $100 to use toward a seminar each year. Other in house educational opportunities are available free of charge
Staffing Schedules:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- 12-hour shifts
- Days and nights
- Weekend requirement every third shift
- Self-scheduling available
Staff Mix:
- RN
- Patient Care Assistants
- Patient Care Technicians
- Unit Secretaries
RN Employment Requirement:
One year ICU/Telemetry experience; additional training may be required for ICUs.
