Competitive salaries
Sign-on bonus*
- Up to $5,000 for full-time positions
- Up to $2,500 for part-time positions
- *Sign-on bonus may vary by department or shift and are subject to change throughout the year.
We WILL PAY for:
- Your NCLEX Review Course - Up to $250
- Your RN Board Exam fees - Up to $200
We offer a Loan Forgiveness Program
- Up to $4,000 per year for full-time (no cap)
- Up to $2,000 per year for part-time
Employee referral program
- Refer a friend or family member to St. Luke's and you may be eligible for bonus' ranging from $500 to $2,000.
Internship Programs for Med-Surg and Critical Care (10 to 16 weeks)
Transition Time Program
- Bring up to 400 hours of ETO/PTO with you when you accept a new position with St Luke's
- Validation of hours from former employer will be required.
