Pre-Admission & Arrival
For your convenience and so we can prepare for your hospital stay, we offer the opportunity to Pre-Register for your admission. This will shorten the admission process when you arrive to have your baby. You can complete the pre-registration online. Please call St. Luke's Customer Service at 314-576-8100, regarding any questions about hospital charges.
Pre-registration should be submitted no later than one week prior to your expected date of delivery. The information you submit will not be used for any other purpose than your pre-registration to St. Luke's Hospital.
A Personal Health Page account must be set up to complete the on-line registration. It only takes a moment to set up your account.
Upon arrival at the hospital, expectant parents go directly to the Birth Care Suites information area on the fifth floor. Complimentary valet parking is available from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, in front of the hospital's main lobby. Parents who arrive between the hours of 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. are advised to use the Emergency Department entrance, located on the second level of the hospital. Temporary parking is available in this area.
