Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States where every 25 seconds, an American will have a coronary event. In a 2008 listing of their Most Heart Friendly Cities for Women, The American Heart Association named St. Louis as the #2 least friendly city in the United States.

Everyone can do better in the fight against heart disease. A focus on diet and exercise is a great starting point.
