Resource Center
St. Luke's Resource Center is located across from the hospital, on the west side of Highway 141. It is north of St. Luke's Desloge Outpatient Center, and surface lot parking is available next to the building.
First Floor: Outpatient Nutrition Counseling, Heart Failure Disease Management, Hospice and Home Health Services
Second Floor: Health Information Services (Medical Records), Community Outreach, Marketing and Communications, Graphics
