Meet the Doctor
Patricia Limpert, MD, FACS
Patricia Limpert, MD, specializes in breast surgery at the Breast Care Center at St. Luke's Hospital.
Dr. Limpert earned her medical degree from Saint Louis University. She was chief resident during her general surgery residency at Saint Louis University Hospital and was honored with a Surgical Excellence in Teaching Award.
Before joining the Breast Care Center at St. Luke's, Dr. Limpert was in practice and the medical director of breast centers in both St. Louis and Omaha, NE.
Dr. Limpert has a special interest in minimally invasive techniques when those options are appropriate for patients. They allow for preservation of normal breast tissue and reduced recovery times, while still providing the best results.
Dr. Limpert believes in a multidisciplinary approach and works closely with medical and radiation oncologists, radiologists, plastic surgeons, pathologists and primary care physicians to provide patients with the most advanced and compassionate care possible. She is also passionate about the care of high-risk breast cancer patients.
