If you are unable to pay your medical bills because you are uninsured, or because you lack other financial resources, you may qualify for financial assistance under St. Luke's financial assistance program. An application must be completed to determine eligibility. St. Luke's uses the Federal Poverty guidelines in conjunction with other financial information you provide to evaluate eligibility for financial assistance. See the attached checklist and application materials for more details on what is required to apply for financial assistance.
