Requests for information contained in your medical record should be made directly to the Health Information Services department by calling (314) 205-6510.
Requests for Itemized Bills:
Your patient billing statement provides you with a summary of your charges for services at St. Luke's. However, you may request a detailed itemized bill of all the charges on your account.
Requests for itemized bills should be emailed to Customer Service at billing@stlukes-stl.com, or by calling (314) 576-8100, or toll-free
(888) 924-9200.
