The Cleft Palate Foundation (CPF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to optimizing
the quality of life for individuals affected by facial birth defects. It was founded
by the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial. For information on the Cleft Palate

The Smile Train provides free surgery to children whose families would never be able
to afford it, many living in developing countries with household incomes of as little
as $1 a day and no applicable health insurance or government programs. For more
