You can be admitted to St. Luke's Home Health Services only under the direction of your physician. The admission is based upon needs of the patient, homebound status and types of services required.
St. Luke's Home Health Services provides care for individuals in St. Louis City and County, St. Charles County and Jefferson County. Most services are covered by Medicare and/or private insurance. If any services will not be covered under Medicare or your insurance, we will discuss the fees with you before providing the services. You can pay directly for your services if you are not covered by Medicare or another insurance plan.
St. Luke's Home Health Services is licensed by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services and certified by Medicare as an approved provider of Medicare home health services.
