Because of our talented and dedicated physicians and staff, a culture of patient-centered care continues to thrive at St. Luke's Center for Cancer Care. In 2005, two new physicians joined the Center.

Elliot E. Abbey, MD
Dr. Abbey attended medical school at the New York University School of Medicine and completed post-graduate oncology training at the Washington University School of Medicine. Most recently, Dr. Abbey served as Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Washington University School of Medicine. Dr. Abbey brings more than 30 years of expertise in oncology and hematology to the Center.

Karuna P. Murray, MD
Dr. Murray attended medical school at the University of Missouri School of Medicine and completed post-graduate training at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. Dr. Murray specializes in gynecologic oncology and most recently served as Assistant Professor, Division of Gynecologic Oncology, Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Women's Health at Saint Louis University.
