Treatments may involve injection into the cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine. These injections might be performed under fluoroscopic (X-ray) guidance and can be diagnostic, therapeutic or both. In some cases, recommendations for medical management will be made, while a limited number of patients may receive their medical management directly through the Outpatient Pain Management Center.
