If you need a physician, call St. Luke's Physician Referral Service at 314-205-6060 or 888-205-6556. An interview with the program coordinator is then scheduled to develop your individual exercise program. For an appointment or more information, call 314-205-6100, extension 4233.
Your physician will determine if you are a candidate for pulmonary rehabilitation and will refer you to the service. At that time, an appointment can be made with a pulmonary therapist.
