You can withdraw from any study at any time for any reason. If you do so, the coordinator might ask to stay in touch with you for a period of time to ensure that no unanticipated side effects occur. It is important to remember that your participation is entirely voluntary and that your doctor will continue to care for you, regardless of whether you participate in a clinical trial.
