John Best, MD received his education at Indiana University; receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1970. He then attended the University of Rome Medical School earning his Doctorate of Medicine in 1977.
Dr. Best's postgraduate education was at St. Lukes Hospital where he did his internship, residency, cardiology fellowship, and was Chief Medical Resident. Pulmonary Fellowship at St. Louis University.
He is board certified in Internal Medicine-Internal Medicine, and by theAmerican Board of Internal Medicine-Pulmonary Medicine.
Dr. Best is a member of the American Thoracic Society, American College of Physicians, Missouri Thoracic Society, and American Medical Association.
