Senior Solutions
We are pleased to announce a new joint venture service for St. Luke's Hospital called Senior Solutions. St. Andrew's Resources for Seniors System and St. Luke's Hospital have joined together to offer this important resource and service.
The mission of Senior Solutions is to enrich the lives of older adults, ease the stress on their adult children and enable older adults to remain safely and independently in their residence of choice. The service provides customized support for St. Louis metropolitan area seniors living in their own homes, retirement living communities, assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities. Services include personal care, housekeeping, transportation, dementia care, medication management, caregiver counseling and much more. All services are provided by an experienced and compassionate team including geriatric care managers, nurses and other professionals.
This service, complementing our Home Health and Hospice services, allows us to provide a full spectrum of care for those who need assistance at their place of residence.
