A successful weight management program incorporates a multidisciplinary approach to weight loss. Finding the balance is a 12-week individualized program that teaches participants how to combine nutrition and diet, exercise, behavioral strategies and education to lose body fat, maintain weight loss and increase one's sense of wellness. The program, designed by St. Luke's Therapy Services, helps participants achieve goals with resources available in one location. Enrollment packets are available by calling 314-542-4800. Physician referral is required.
