St. Luke's Performance Golf program fine-tunes the most important piece of golf equipment-a person's body. This individualized golf-conditioning program emphasizes improving physical conditioning to build better golfers. A certified athletic trainer develops a fitness routine that focuses on aspects of the game participants want to improve. Emphasis is placed on strengthening, stretching and a warm-up regimen to help avoid injuries. Performance Golf offers two courses: short and long. The short program includes a physical exam, tailored exercise program, one-on-one interventions and optional follow-up evaluations. The long program includes all of the above in addition to ongoing evaluation and program adjustments to meet participants' needs. Click here for more information.
