At St. Luke's we strive to provide a comfortable, relaxing atmosphere for our patients and guests.
- Soothing piano music creates an aura of tranquility for patients and visitors entering the atrium between the North and South Medical Office Buildings. Volunteer pianists play through the lunch hours, Monday through Friday.
- Patient and Guest Appreciation Days are opportunities for us to thank patients for choosing St. Luke's.
- A list of area hotels and motels is available with special rates for St. Luke's guests.
- A special program, Talk Box, is offered to provide employees and guests an opportunity to offer feedback and suggestions.
- Through the Security department, pagers are provided for family members in the critical care area.
- Volunteers provide direction and often accompany patients and guests from the atrium, main lobby and other services throughout the hospital.
- Long distance calling cards are available for purchase in St. Luke's Gift Shop.
