Patient Satisfaction

Cardiac cath patients are called 24 to 48 hours after discharge to help St. Luke's understand how well the cardiac catheterization lab is meeting patient needs. The responses are used to improve services. In 2002, the cath lab received an overall patient satisfaction score of 99 percent.
