Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Disease

A multi-session self-management program brought to you by St. Luke's.


This FREE six-week online group, developed by Stanford University Patient Education Research Center, helps people gain self-confidence in controlling their chronic disease symptoms and learning how their health problems affect their lives.

Topics include: dealing with feelings of fear and isolation, exercise, medication use, nutrition, managing depression, how to evaluate new treatments and communicating with family, friends and your health team. This program is being offered free of charge thanks to funding from the Eastern Regional Arthritis Center.
