Sweat4YourBrain: Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body

Learn how exercise and healthy eating are not only good for your body, but also good for your brain!

Learn how exercise and healthy eating are not only good for your body, but also good for your brain!  Brought to you in partnership by St. Luke's Hospital and the Alzheimer's Association

June is Alzheimer’s and Brain Awareness Month. In this free program, learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement to help you incorporate hands-on tools and tips into a plan for healthy aging. The information session will be followed by a live food demonstration featuring a St. Luke’s Diabetes and Nutrition Educator.

In-person attendees will sample a healthy recipe and will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a prize basket donated by Eatwell Market by Schnucks.

This event will be available in-person at St. Luke's Institute for Health Education Auditorium or online through your electronic device, using the link emailed to you after you register.

Wednesday, June 12, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
