Benefit Options for 2019

As you decide on your benefits for 2019, the following information will be helpful in making your decisions.

Open enrollment for benefits will begin with the Benefits Fair in the Atrium on October 17th from 7:30am - 4:00pm. You will be able to visit many vendors that day and sign up for benefits in the computer room. If you are located at the Des Peres campus, there will be several vendors on site on October 18th from 7:30am - 1:30pm to assist with questions and benefits enrollment. Open enrollment will end on November 2nd.

Important Information for 2019 Benefits

This year, St. Luke's has moved to a passive benefit enrollment process. Employees who have no changes to their benefits and do not have a medical spending, dependent spending, or health savings account, do not need to enroll for benefits for 2019. Your benefits will continue and no action is needed.
If you want to change plans, add or drop dependents, want a medical spending, dependent care spending, health savings account, increase life insurance, or want to enroll or make changes to any voluntary benefits, you will need to enroll for benefits for 2019.

All benefit eligible employees will have until November 2nd to make any 2019 benefit elections on-line in Lawson Employee Self Service (ESS).
