St. Luke's hires graduate nurses any time of the year, based on our open positions. Best of all, you can start working soon after graduation. You will have 90 days from your graduation date to obtain a Missouri nursing license.
You are welcome to apply to any Graduate Nurse Residency or open RN position. However, some of our specialty departments such as the Operating Room, Labor & Delivery, Special Care Nursery and Pediatrics may require nursing experience. Graduate Nurse Residency
All new graduates and nurses with less than one year of experience will be placed in our Nurse Residency program upon hire. The Graduate Nurse Residency is offered in January and June; however, residency content is offered as needed for new graduates who are hired throughout the year.
