Pain Management
A pain management doctor diagnoses and treats all different types of pain including acute, chronic or pain related to a condition, like cancer.

Pathology
Pathologists diagnose diseases by microscopic study of tissues, bone marrow and body fluids. They evaluate the laboratory tests reported to physicians.
