Directions to St. Luke's Sleep Medicine and Research Center in O'Fallon

From Highway 40/Interstate 64
Take Highway 40/I-64 to Highway K in O'Fallon. Travel north on Highway K to O'Fallon Road. Continue through the stoplight at O'Fallon Road, and make the first left at Market Center Boulevard. We share the drive with the ambulance district, and we are located in the brick and glass St. Louis Orthodontic building. Drive to the back of the building and enter through the double doors. Proceed to Suite 201.

From Interstate 70
Take Interstate 70 to Highway K in O'Fallon. Travel south on Highway K approximately 4.5 miles and turn right on Market Center Boulevard. Market Center is a small side street on the west side of Highway K and is located just past the golf course and soccer fields. We share the drive with the ambulance district, and we are located in the brick and glass St. Louis Orthodontic building. Drive to the back of the building and enter through the double doors. Proceed to Suite 201.
