St. Luke's Hospital Wellness College

St. Luke's Hospital is dedicated to improving the health and quality of life for the community. In-line with this mission, St. Luke's Hospital Wellness College was created as a tool for the community to use for their own personal health and wellbeing. We want to provide useful resources, education and best practices to community members interested in taking charge of their own healthcare, assessing their current health status and improving in whatever areas might be most pertinent to them.

St. Luke's Hospital Wellness College offers free lectures a variety of health topics, as well as a small, interactive class that, in conjunction with pre-class testing, helps participants gauge their fitness level and hone in on areas of improvement while offering tips and education on how to get there and why it is so important.
