Pre-Pregnancy Weight Management
A healthy pregnancy begins with focusing on your health prior to conceiving. Achieving a healthy pre-pregnancy weight can help increase your chance of getting pregnant and help minimize complications during pregnancy such as preeclampsia, high blood pressure and gestational diabetes.
Our registered dietitians will provide evidence-based information and practical strategies to meet your individual needs. Program options included Intensive Behavioral Therapy (IBT), a one-on-one program with a registered dietitian focusing on behavior and lifestyle changes, or Healthy Weigh, a year-long group program covering topics such as health eating, exercise and motivation.
