COVID-19 Vaccination: As part of our mission to improve the health of the community, St. Luke's is a vaccinator site for the State of Missouri's COVID-19 vaccination program.

Registration is encouraged but walk-ins are welcome for ages 16 and old regardless of residency.

A parent or legal guardian must accompany individuals under the age of 18 to their vaccination appointment and provide consent.

The clinic is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please continue to check lukesvaccine.com for the most up-to-date information on current days and hours of operation and to schedule an appointment at St. Luke's COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic.

You can now get a Booster (second) dose of the Pfizer vaccine at our clinic, regardless of residency or the location of where you received your Prime (first) dose. You will need to bring proof of the first dose and meet all eligibility criteria.

In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, St. Luke's now offers telephone and virtual video visits to connect you with a medical provider, safely and securely from your home or workplace. Visit the mystlukes portal to send a message to your provider to request a video or phone appointment. Or, you can call your physician's office directly regarding these services. Now more than ever, getting a flu vaccine is extremely important to protect your health. St. Luke's makes getting a flu vaccine easy at any of our eight St. Luke's Urgent Care Centers, open daily from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m. Online check-in is available or you can simply walk-in. On October 1, 2018, mystlukes moved to a new and improved portal. The new portal includes updated features to help you manage your healthcare needs.

Self-Enrollment

If you are over the age of 18 and your email address has previously been provided to us, and is stored in our system, or if you have a medical record number (MRN) from our new EMR system (after 10/01/2018).
If you attempt to self-enroll and receive a message notifying you that you are not eligible for self-enrollment, please complete the St. Luke's Patient Portal Enrollment Form (PDF)  and mail or fax it back to us. Once we receive it, you will be sent an email invitation to sign up for the mystlukes patient portal.
