St. Luke's Hospital Volunteer Program

Volunteers play an important role at St. Luke's, a nonprofit organization. They help us extend our mission of service to each other and the community. They help promote spiritual, emotional and physical well-being. And, most importantly, volunteers demonstrate care and concern to those in need.

If you are looking for a way to give back to the community, St. Luke’s offers a volunteer program that allows you to make an impact on the quality of experience for our patients and visitors.

Annually, over 80,000 hours are contributed by caring and enthusiastic individuals who wish to serve their community in a meaningful way. St. Luke's volunteers provide a wide range of services for the hospital. Assignments are based on the individual's interests, skills, schedule and the needs of the hospital. Duties may include running errands, transporting patients, staffing information & reception desks, working in the Gift Shop, and performing clerical work. If you have a specific interest, St. Luke’s can help find a volunteer opportunity available in specific areas that you are passionate about.
