Bone Builder's Virtual Yoga (7 weeks)
Bone Builders Virtual MAT yoga class is for those diagnosed with osteoporosis/osteopenia, cardiopulmonary disease or orthopedic conditions. This is a 7-week virtual session designed to aid in improving flexibility, increasing core strength and managing stress. This MAT class includes standing and floor/mat poses and a chair used as a prop. You must be comfortable getting up and down from the floor with ease.

The dates listed in the registration indicate the first week of the 7-week session. We will have 10 participants maximum so if you would like a spot, please register as soon as you can! The price increase is due to the extra time put in by the instructor to get the class set up. A smaller class size will allow for more personal interaction between the instructor and the participant.

The class will be run through WebEx, an online video conferencing program that you can access through a smartphone, tablet or computer. After registration, you will receive an email with a WebEx link to access the class and instructions on how to login and use Webex. Questions? Call 314-205-6881.
