St. Luke's Physician Referral Service offers online appointments as a convenience for those who are looking for a new physician. This service is for non-emergency requests. If this is a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit the closest emergency room.

We will respond to your request by the following business day when possible. Some physicians may have a lengthy waiting period or require a physician referral in order to make an appointment. If your illness or injury can't wait, you can visit St. Luke's Urgent Care Centers for prompt medical treatment without an appointment.

A Personal Health Page account must be setup to request an appointment online. This will allow you to use other online services St. Luke's offers. It only takes a moment to set up your account.
