Heart Care

Patient Satisfaction

Surveys are mailed to patients at six-month intervals to help St. Luke's understand how well the Heart Failure Center is meeting patient needs. The responses are used to improve services. The patients are asked to rate the following areas on a 0-4 scale (with 0 being not helpful at all and 4 being extremely helpful): education sessions, written teaching materials, phone calls, self-monitoring tools, on-call assistance and overall helpfulness of the program. Average score = 3.56.
