“Made to Belong: Five Practices for Cultivating Community in a Disconnected World” – by David Kim

It is human nature to crave interaction with others.  Despite being connected through social media, phone calls, and texts, many of us find ourselves feeling isolated or lonely from time to time, wanting to connect with others.  Pastor David Kim offers a faith-based perspective about how to build meaningful connections and relationships through Five Practices for Meaningful Connection.

If you want to find belonging or help others find it, this book offers insight on building community and friendships.  True belonging takes intentional effort, but Kim reminds us that we are made to belong - to each other and to Jesus.

Join St. Luke’s Book Club to discuss lessons learned and share motivating stories on a journey to finding true belonging.

$5 to participate.  All registrations will be sent a copy of David Kim’s book, “Made to Belong: Five Practices for Cultivating Community in a Disconnected World.”
