At St. Luke’s, our mission is to improve the health of the communities we serve. As a leader in health education through our community outreach initiatives, we offer online or in-person education for our exercise and health programs, as well as self-guided videos. Missouri SHIP services are free, unbiased, and confidential. Sign-up for a free 60-minute session to learn more about your options and to select the right coverage to meet your needs.

Ageless Insights: Colorectal Cancer Trends Across Generations

Colorectal cancer is on the rise in adults in their 20's, 30's, and 40's but is still most frequently diagnosed in older adults. Adults of all ages are invited to join us for this educational event, featuring Q & A with Dr. David Lotsoff, a St. Luke's Gastroenterologist.

Living a Healthy Life with Diabetes

This is an online evidence-based six-week program for individuals living with type 2 diabetes and their caregivers. It is designed to help people better manage their symptoms by learning important self-management skills and techniques such as action planning, healthy eating, communicating with their healthcare team and more.
