As a leader in health education through our community outreach initiatives, we offer online or in-person education for our exercise and health programs, as well as self-guided videos. Learn about exercise, nutrition and medications as related to osteoporosis or osteopenia from a physical therapist, pharmacist and registered dietitian. Registration is required.

Sweat4YourBrain: Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body

In partnership with the Alzheimer's Association, this program will cover the latest
research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement; and provide hands-on tools to develop a plan for healthy aging.

Medicare Counseling

St. Luke's has partnered with Missouri State Health Care Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP). to offer Medicare counseling and enrollment assistance. Missouri SHIP services are free, unbiased, and confidential. Sign-up for a free 60-minute session to learn more about your options and to select the right coverage to meet your needs.
