Giving Opportunities
Tribute Giving
Thank you for considering a memorial and/or honorarium gift to St. Luke's Hospital. Contributions may be made to St. Luke's Hospital and sent to the Office of Development. Please designate on the notation of the check and the name for whom the memorial or honorarium is being offered.
All donors will receive a receipt for tax purposes and a thank you letter from St. Luke's Administration Office. A separate note should accompany contributions to advise who should receive acknowledgement of the tribute and an address, if known. A tribute summary will be sent to the designated person.
Funeral Notices
Families wishing to designate contributions in memory of loved ones may use the following notification: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to
St. Luke's Hospital, Office of Development, 232 S. Woods Mill Rd., Chesterfield, MO 63017.
