Meet the Faculty

Continuity Clinic experience is the cornerstone of Family Medicine. St. Luke's Primary Care of Cedar Hill is the Family Medicine practice site (FMP) where residents receive their continuity of care experience.

Primary Care of Cedar Hill is a full service practice of experienced family medicine physicians who care for patients of all ages. Annual patient encounters are approximately 55,000. They offer a wide range of services, including physicals, immunizations, well-visits, geriatrics, pre-operative screenings, sports medicine, and skin lesion removal. Various medical conditions including, high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, anxiety/depression, and attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder are treated.

PGY-1 residents complete ½ day per week at the FMP. PGY 2 & 3 residents complete three ½ days per week at the FMP. Each resident is assigned to a mentor at the FMP who supports them throughout the three year residency.

The Family Medicine residency faculty include the Program Director, Assistant Program Director, and three core faculty at the FMP (St.Luke's Primary Care of Cedar Hill) and a host of other faculty to support the required and elective rotations throughout the three year program.
