Meet the Faculty
Continuity Clinic experience is the cornerstone of Family Medicine. CEDAR HILL PRIMARY CARE is the Family Medicine practice site (FMP) where residents receive their continuity of care experience. Cedar Hill Primary Care is a full service practice of experienced family medicine physicians who care for patients of all ages. Annual patient encounters are approximately 55,000.
