Meet Kathaleen
Interim Chief People Officer, St. Luke's
Kathaleen Clutts was named Interim Chief People Officer in March 2026 and has served as Director of Human Resources since 2018. She provides enterprise-wide leadership for all human resources functions, including workforce strategy, total rewards, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. Kathaleen brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience, including serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Des Peres Hospital (Tenet Healthcare). She earned a master’s degree in international relations from the Patterson School of Diplomacy and International Commerce and a bachelor’s degree in Russian from the University of Kentucky.
