Join a St. Luke’s dietitian to discover how herbs and spices can take everyday meals to the next level. This class introduces the fundamentals of cooking with herbs and spices while highlighting how they support a healthy eating pattern that tastes great. Participants will explore shopping and storage tips, practical cooking techniquest and simple ways to bring more flavor and variety to the table. With a yummy dish to try at the end!
