St. Luke's Hospital offers an anticoagulation clinic to provide safe and effective management of warfarin (Coumadin®) therapy on an outpatient basis.
The clinic is conveniently located in Suite 42 at the Desloge Outpatient Center - Building B directly across from the hospital on the west side of
Highway 141.
The clinic is under the medical direction of Anthony Pearson, MD, and is staffed by pharmacists who are trained and certified in anticoagulation therapy management. Patients are seen based on physician referral.
