Chesterfield, MO., November 4, 2025 - St. Luke’s celebrated a major milestone today with the official groundbreaking of its new St. Luke’s Medical Building in St. Peter’s, Missouri. The ceremony, held at the future site of the fifteen-thousand square foot facility at 5940 Mexico Road, marked the beginning of construction on a state-of-the-art medical building designed to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in St. Charles County and surrounding areas.
The event, which took place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, was attended by St. Luke’s leadership, community leaders, development partners, and others. Attendees included Andy Bagnall, President & CEO of St. Luke’s, and Len Pagano, Mayor of St. Peter’s, who offered remarks highlighting the project’s positive impact on healthcare access and economic growth in the region. A brief blessing of the ground took place just prior to the ceremonial groundbreaking.

The new facility will offer a range of outpatient services, specialty care, and innovative medical technologies, designed with a focus on improving patient outcomes and experience. The building’s strategic location, east of the intersection of Spencer Road and Mexico Road and adjacent to McDonald’s and Menards, will provide convenient access for residents in the rapidly growing St. Charles County area.
The groundbreaking ceremony also recognized the efforts of several key project partners, including:
