Support and Wellness Resources: Mind

Employee Support Resources
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
St. Luke's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides many services to support our team members. We offer on-site visits with EAP counselors at both hospital campuses. Visits may be scheduled by calling 314-729-4600 or 800-413-8008 and selecting option #2. EAP services are free and confidential for St. Luke's employees and anyone living in your household. Treatment beyond the scope of EAP is coordinated through your medical benefit or community resources.
