Dr. Tammam Al-Joundi, MD, FACC, is a St. Luke’s cardiologist certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology, and nuclear cardiology. He completed a rigorous fellowship in Cardiovascular Diseases at Saint Louis University Medical Center, where he also served as the Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine until 2015. Dr. Al-Joundi specializes in cardiovascular disease, including coronary and peripheral interventions and cardiac rhythm device therapy.
Dr. Al-Joundi is proficient in cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and stenting and has extensive expertise in implanting cardiac resynchronization devices for congestive heart failure management.
