St. Luke’s Advanced Care Pharmacy is designed to provide patients with seamless, coordinated access to specialized medications used in cancer treatment. Integrated directly within the Cancer Center, our pharmacy team works closely with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to ensure each treatment plan is safe, effective, and tailored to the individual patient.
Our pharmacists have advanced training in oncology and are actively involved in patient care. They review each treatment for accuracy and safety, monitor side effects, and provide clear, personalized guidance to help patients manage their medications with confidence. Because the pharmacy is embedded within the care team, changes can be addressed quickly, minimizing delays and improving continuity of care.
The pharmacy team also works closely with our Financial Navigator to assist with managing the financial aspects of treatment, working with insurance providers and assistance programs to help reduce out-of-pocket costs and avoid interruptions in therapy whenever possible.
Medications are dispensed directly from the on-site pharmacy, allowing for timely access and reducing the need for additional trips. Coordination with clinic visits ensures medications are ready when patients need them.
Our goal is to simplify the treatment experience while providing a high level of clinical support, allowing patients to focus on their health and well-being.
