St. Luke's Outpatient Therapy Services provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and athletic training services to individuals who suffer from pain, injury and other medical problems. Through a comprehensive and holistic evaluation process, our highly trained and experienced staff provides treatment consistent with current research and evidence based clinical care. St. Luke's therapy clinics are located in Chesterfield, Des Peres, Ellisville, O'Fallon (MO), Fenton and St. Peters. It is our goal to schedule all initial patient assessments within 48 business hours of first contact. Clinic hours vary at each location but offer the flexibility of both early and late day times.

Massage Therapy
St. Luke's Therapy Services offers therapeutic massage performed by certified massage therapists. Massage techniques include, but are not limited to, Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue techniques and reflexology. A physician referral is required if the patient is under a physician's care for acute or chronic injury or illness, or is pregnant.

Fees are as follows:

• $70 for an hour massage self pay rate (no insurance billed)
• $63 for an hour for St. Luke's employees

Referrals & Prescriptions
A signed referral is required from a medical provider. Referrals can be accepted from:

• Medical Doctor (MD)
• Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Doctor of Podiatry (DPM)
• Nurse Practitioner (NP or CNP)
• Physician Assistant (PA)
• Chiropractor (except in the case of Medicare)
• Dentist (except in the case of Medicare)

Insurance
Most insurance companies cover physical and occupational therapy services. St. Luke's Hospital accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance carriers. It is recommended that you contact your insurance company to determine coverage benefits.

Note: Massage therapy and general wellness is typically not covered by most insurance plans.
